I have long since been a fan of Mister Glenister's fine work - from Gene Hunt in the spectacularly brilliant Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes to Hobbs in Hornblower, Mr Carter in Cranford and recently (for me anyway!) Mack in Clocking Off.
I was quite ill last Saturday so spent my day lounging in front of Photoshop, and came up with this, using just the main base brush presets and a laser mouse.
None of this new-fangled graphics tablet niftiness for me, for mine currently resides 200 miles away in Scotland.
I also recorded my doing it using a nifty little screen-capture device I download a while ago. The stages of this piece accompanied by Bowie and The Clash can be found here:
